Notes for key dimensions on
type 1 & type 3 teeth:

Type 1: All that is required is dimension ‘A’, although dimension ‘C’ is useful. Dimension ‘B’ is not applicable.

Type 3: The side-bolt holes are of little concern when identifying this type of tooth, and the only dimensions required are as per those of the type 2 tooth. In other words ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’.
