Rubber Tracks for Diggers, Mini Diggers & Excavators

DIGBITS Expertise In Rubber Tracks

With experience in rubber tracks dating back to the introduction of the mini digger to the UK, DIGBITS can confidently advise you on the most cost effective rubber track option for your machine.

We first began selling tracks in 1991 and we are now the largest independant stockist of mini excavator tracks, undercarriage parts and attachments in the UK.

We understand tracks not only from selling replacment parts, but also because we design and manufacture rubber tracked undercarriages in-house.

We have the TRACKNOLOGY.

Product Quality

You can buy rubber tracks from us with confidence knowing that we only source from quality suppliers, mainly:

  1. Camoplast Solideal (SD) rubber tracks - manufactured in Sri Lanka & Korea by the largest industrial tyre manufacturer in Europe and suppliers to Caterpillar, JCB and other OEMs.
  2. DIGBITS branded rubber tracks - our own branded manufactured for us in China.

We need to multi-source because the rubber track market is now so large and complex, there is no single supplier who is able to provide us with a full range.

Replacement Rubber Tracks

Our bulk buying muscle assures you of competitively priced rubber tracks, without sacrificing quality, with the peace of mind of manufacturers warranty.

Our replacement rubber tracks bring you the benefits of the latest technical advances, such as short pitch construction. So benefit from getting the very latest types of tracks for your machine, rather than simply direct replacements.
We now list over 5,400 rubber tracked machines - carriers, dumpers, micro excavators and mini excavators on our database, ensuring you get the correct rubber track specification for your machines. Quality in product and service.

Price And Delivery

We ensure you get the very best value and product availability by cutting the supply chain down to the absolute minimum.

We achieve this by sourcing directly from the manufacturers, shipping via full containers, and storing in our UK warehouse. There is no middle man to take a cut, or lengthen the delivery process. In this way we are able to deliver replacement rubber tracks anywhere in the UK.

You can buy brand new, high quality replacement rubber tracks from as little as £95 + VAT, including delivery on UK mainland.

Rubber Tracks Product Range

DIGBITS huge stock of rubber tracks covers all sizes of micro, mini and midi excavator, from 0.75 to 7.5 tonnes, as well as tracked carriers and dumpers, drilling and piling rigs and other machinery.

From our Rugeley warehouse we can supply the following rubber track tread widths: (mm)
180, 230, 250, 300, 320, 350, 400 & 450

Larger sizes of track, up to 800mm tread width - for tracked dumpers up to 20 tonnes for example - can be supplied to order, delivery time subject to availability and shipping. See here: for rubber track sizing data.

Technical Features

All tracks for interchangeable undercarriage machines - those which can run either steel or rubber tracks - above 2 tonnes are now supplied indurable, smooth-tracking short pitch construction. This system offers 100% more steel than the conventional, long pitch track, and has a metal insert for every sprocket tooth, rather than every other.

There are two main benefits; a significant reduction in track vibration, and greater resistance to insert tear-out (a common cause of track failure). This reduces wear and tear on your machine, as well as enhancing track life.
