can I order?
Our sales team are available between 8am and 1pm and from 1:30pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Fax and e-mail order requests sent outside working hours will be processed
on the next working day (remember to give us contact details).
What...
Information do I need to give?
Try to have the correct make and model(s) of excavator to hand in order
to help us give the right advice/parts. On many machines, the series
and serial number are critical. Referring to the relevant page in our
catalogue or web site prior to calling will help.
Where...
is the catch? This seems so easy.
There isnt one. We try our best to supply you quality parts at
low prices, on time. Like everyone else though, we need to earn a living!-
So unless you already have an account (if youre a depot of a larger
company we can check this for you) youll need some form of payment
to hand. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and SWITCH cards. If you wish to
pay by cheque, please allow at least 7 working days for clearing.
How...
will I receive my order?
For orders on stock items, placed before 5pm, we can dispatch by carrier
to arrive during the next working day. To do this, we need a full delivery
address, with postcode, where there will be someone present to sign for
the goods. Alternatively you can collect goods - but please try to phone or fax your order through in advance to avoid
delays.
