“What... Information do I need to give?”
Always have the correct make and model(s) of excavator to hand in order to help us give the right advice/parts. On many machines, the series and serial number are critical. Referring to the relevant page in our catalogue or web site prior to calling will help.

There isn’t one. We try our best to supply you quality parts at low prices, on time. Like everyone else though, we need to earn a living! Unless you already have a credit account (if you’re a depot of a larger company we can check this for you) you’ll need some form of payment to hand. We accept most major credit and debit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and SOLO. We can also provide bank details for electronic transfer.

“How... will I receive my order?”
For orders on stock items, placed before 16:30hrs, we can dispatch by carrier to arrive during the next working day. To do this, we need a full delivery address, with postcode, where there will be someone present to sign for and unload the goods.
