We build 100% of our excavator buckets and non-powered attachments, plus many of our hdraulic-powered attachments on site, in our works in Rugeley, Staffordshire, Great Britain. This means we have an experienced and highly skilled team of sales engineers, designers, CNC machinists, fabricators and welders who can respond to customer demands.

LEAD TIMES
|
Our factory is not 10 to 12 weeks away from your site. In fact, for smaller buckets, we can often respond to one-off requirements in as many hours on smaller, mini excavator buckets. We can advise and design custom buckets and attachments for any excavator up to 35 tonnes operating weight within 2 to 4 weeks.
SIZE
Every fabrication bay has a minimum of 5 tonne overhead crane capacity. Most bays will accomodate fabrications up to 2 metres, with around 3 metres being a maximum. So we can build custom buckets and attachments for machines up to around 50 tonnes with ease.

HOW WE WORK
As a company, we have over 30 years of experience dealing with excavator buckets and attachments. Our founding director's experience goes back even further, beyond the introduction of the mini digger to the UK in the 1980's, in fact, to the very beginnings of hydraulic excavators in the UK, first with Priestman Brothers and then Ruston Bucyrus. So we know a little bit about diggers and buckets.
When you rely on us, you can draw on both our own experience and also that of more than 30 years worth of customers, many repeat customers, some who have even been with us since the start. We know what can work, on which application and also, often more importantly, what definitely does not. We can save you time and hassle in that regard too. We are open to new ideas and techniques, in terms of products, materials and also manufacture.
