Selector Grabs

For long-term handling and sorting use, particularly in demolition, forestry, recycling and waste transfer applications, there is no substitute for hydraulic grabs.

We can supply most units with either fixed mounting brackets, or rigid 360 degree hydraulic rotation. Excavators require two auxiliary hydraulic circuits (i.e. four pipes) in order to use this option.

Our in-house designed and built RG Series features extensive use of Hardox® 450 wear plate, for strength and durability, combined with quality hydraulic rotation units.

Units can also be built with timber tines (2 + 3 configuration) instead of clamshell type grab shells.

Timber Grab Option:

Our hydraulic grabs can also be configured as timber type grabs, with 5 tines (3+2) instead of two clamshells.

This is more suitable for handling timber, logs and trees in agricultural and forestry work.
