Once again, we will be supporting and exhibiting at the UK's leading plant equipment show, PlantWorx. The event, held on June 13th to 16th 2023 at the East of England Arean & Events Centre in Peterborough, PE2 6HE is the biennial showcase for the construction sector.

We're very excited to announce that, for 2023 we will be representing the Digga range in the UK. Of particular interest to us is the way all auger drive units and many of their attachments are produced in their very well equipped factory in Queensland, Australia and auger flights are made in their UK works.

The ethos of the company and the manufacture of the products closely parallels our own. Having already tested the products with UK customers over the last 24 months, we have total confidence in the performance and quality.

We are extending our range of Scandinavian style ditching bucket, for use with Tilt-Rotator style quick hitches.

The range will cover suit excavators from 2 to 35 tonnes operating weight, fitted with S30, S40, S45, S60, S70 and S80 type Tilt-Rotator couplers, including:

As the UK moves out of lockdown, we are updating our business service.

Collections: Since we are not a retail shop, we continue to ask that all orders are placed beforehand, by telephone or email, in order that collection appointments can be pre-arranged.

Telephone orders: We can process sales orders from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Note that larger, palletised items ordered after 3pm may not always ship on the same day.

Online orders: Many of our products can be ordered online, with the shop page on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at your convenience.

Deliveries: As has been widely reported in the press, there's an acute shortage of HGV and delivery vehicle drivers in the UK. All parts of the transport network are struggling and it is not longer possible to 'guarantee' next day delivery, let alone timed delivery.

In response to the current challenges, we're updating how we do business.

Telephone orders: can be placed from 8am, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Last orders are at 4:30pm, but larger, heavier, palletised items may not ship after 3pm.

Collections: can be made only by prior arrangement, by appointment only.
The Trade Counter remains closed until further notice.

Deliveries: In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak all our delivery partners have taken steps to protect customers, consignees, colleagues and suppliers, whilst continuing to provide a functioning service.
Some staff are furloughed for shielding and health reasons. Some staff are furloughed because, due to widespread shutdowns, many delivery and collection accounts re closed. Counter to this drop in freight, there has been an unprecedented increase in small parcel deliveries due to the massive rise of online shopping during lockdown. It has been exceptionally difficult for all freight and parcel firms to balance service and staff numbers. Similarly, supermarket home deliveries also struggle to cope.
As a result, all customers are informed that next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. No ETAs can be passed through, as customers services are overwhelmed with calls.
